would stay here again without hesitation
the location was super convenient for exploring nearby attractions. Breakfast had tons of tasty options like freshly baked pastries and local fruits. Our Junior Suite was comfy with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, private bathroom, and a safety deposit box. The outdoor swimming pool area was inviting, and the fitness center was great too.

Decent Stay with Room for Improvement
The stay was decent with a handy location but far from luxurious. The staff offered a warm welcome, and the on-site restaurant had great food, especially the breakfast options, which stood out. For a better experience, I recommend checking the room conditions thoroughly.

Sevilla Palace is located just steps away from awesome local eats like Cielito Querido Cafe and La Distral, making it a food lover's paradise! The rooftop pool is a total vibe—chill views and a sweet spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Plus, the staff really knows how to keep the energy positive, making you feel right at home.
But I did get locked out of my room and had to call the police to sort it out, which was super sketchy. Also, there was a hiccup with my bar tab where they almost overcharged me for drinks—definitely not the kind of 'surprise' you want.

It was just a good match for a couple of nights in Mexico City with real value for money. A nice touch was that the heating issue in my room was promptly addressed after I brought it up. Ask for more towels upon arrival to avoid any delays during your stay.

It was super easy to visit museums and shop in nearby neighborhoods. Just a heads up, the hotel itself is a bit dated, but the pool area and the on-site restaurant are definitely highlights. I recommend trying the local cuisine when you're there!
Unfortunately, the staff was a bit unorganized. On a couple of occasions, our rooms weren't cleaned properly, which was disappointing.

Perfect spot for a solo getaway!
Really loved staying here for 4 nights. The pool and rooftop area were awesome, felt super chill. The staff was super nice. I did some remote work, and the wifi was fast. One downside was the pool hours—wish they were longer. Oh, and room service breakfast was a treat too!

missingWrote a review on Aug 07central locationcustomer service issues
The hotel features a fantastic central location and comfortable rooms with warm pool water, but there were issues with customer service. Room cleanliness was lacking at times, and some staff interactions were less than pleasant, detracting from an otherwise nice experience.

missingWrote a review on Jul 30delicious breakfastgreat locationstunning viewsfrustrating check-infaulty keycards
Sevilla Palace totally hit the spot for my culinary cravings! I was stoked to indulge in the breakfast buffet—delish options that kept me fueled for my city adventures. Plus, the location's a goldmine, with killer local eats like Cielito Querido Cafe just a hop away! The AC was ice-cold, and the pool views? Chef's kiss! 🌟
But can we talk about the check-in fiasco? After an hour of fighting with faulty keycards, I finally got a working one tucked away down the hall. Not cool, right? Still, the friendly staff made sure to keep the vibe positive. Just wish it hadn’t been such a hassle!

missingWrote a review on Jul 30comfortable roomfriendly servicebasic amenitieshigh pricinglimited food options
The room was very comfortable with ample storage space, and the staff provided friendly and attentive service. The heated pool was a fantastic place to unwind, and the breakfast buffet offered a delightful selection, including organic Quebec cheeses. The hotel's location allowed easy access to public transport and nearby attractions, perfect for our daily explorations. However, the basic amenities could use improvement, and I found the pricing somewhat high compared to similar properties.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
